Join Licking County Recycling for a fun, upcycled craft – a tabletop “tiki” torch made from an old wine bottle! We will use colored gravel, decorative wire, and chains to decorate our bottles. All supplies are included, and FREE, although you will need to get your own torch fluid and fill the bottle once you get home. Registration is limited to 12 people only. Participants must be 13 years and older.
