Third Coast Percussion - 'Metamorphosis'

Thursday, November 16 - 7:00 PM

The Vail Series welcomes GRAMMY® Award-winning and Denison’s own Ensemble-in-Residence, Third Coast Percussion.

Denison’s own Ensemble-in-Residence, Third Coast Percussion in the Sharon Martin Hall of the Michael D. Eisner Center for the Performing Arts (240 West Broadway). GRAMMY® Award-winning and Denison’s own Ensemble-in-Residence, Third Coast Percussion, joins forces with the groundbreaking choreography of Movement Art Is (Lil Buck and Jon Boogz) for an intimate, evening program that is both intensely personal and fiercely virtuosic. Two disparate styles of street dance blend seamlessly with "Perspective" by Jlin (2023 Pulitzer Prize-finalist) plus music by Tyondai Braxton and Philip Glass.
