Tai Chi is designed to help increase muscle and cardiovascular strength; help improve balance, joint flexibility and posture and support mental health. This class focuses on advanced warm-ups, the complete Modified Tai Chi Chuan Short Form (Yang Style) from the beginner’s class and additional Qi Gong exercises. Students are required to complete the beginner class at least once prior to participating in the intermediate class. Students should wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. Fee includes 6 sessions.
