The Friendship Club of Licking County, endorsed by the Veterans Service Commission, presents the Traveling Korean Memorial. The Memorial consists of 19 life-size Soldiers standing in a large impressive "V" formation, much as the Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington DC. It commemorates the sacrifices of the 5.8 million Americans who served in the US Armed Services during the 3yr Korean War. Along with the Memorial, there will be other historic military planes, equipement, vehicles, exhibits, Posting of Colors, TAPS, Placement of Wreaths and Honoring local Veterans. Free to attend.
