Caregiver Stress

Wednesday, April 24 - 1:00 PM

Care giving is a very difficult yet rewarding job. It is common to often feel like giving up and being overwhelmed. What caregivers often forget is that they need to stop and take care of themselves before anyone else.  In this class we will learn the warning signs of stress, recognize what we can and cannot change and learn how to reduce our stress while practicing a more positive attitude!

All are welcome but reservations for the class are requested.  Please call the Carol Strawn Center to make your reservation at (740) 345-5190.

Cost: Free for Licking County residents age 60 or older.  Donations are appreciated from non-Licking County residents and those under age 60.

Specializing in adult day service for people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia's, the carol Strawn Center is funded by donors, program fees, the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, the Licking County Senior Citizens Levy and the United Way of Licking County.
