A BioBlitz is an event that focuses on finding and identifying as many species as possible in a specific area over a short period of time. At a BioBlitz, scientists and volunteers work together to get a snapshot of an area’s biodiversity. Teams will be in the field at different times depending on the target species. Teams include: Fungus, Bees/Dragonflies, Butterflies, Bats, Plants, Birds, Reptiles/Amphibians, Moths. Do you have knowledge and/or interest in one of these topics?
