Applebee's will donate 10% of your food and alcohol bill to the Center for Disability Services.
You must present a copy of the flyer to your Server.

Applebee's is located at 967 Hebron Rd., Heath. The fundraiser lasts from 11:00 am to closing.
Come enjoy great food and support children and adults with developmental disabilities through the Center for Disability Services.
